The WP3 concerns the set-up of the quality assurance tools at support of the ongoing reform process of the Tunisian HE system: the surveys on graduates’ profile and employment condition.
A group of researchers, coordinated by AlmaLaurea, will be appointed and define the set of relevant indicators for the profile questionnaire. Its structure will provide information on graduates’ socio-economic background and the internal efficiency of Universities, through the graduates’ assessment on the skills acquired, the support provided by university for internships, the facilities and the overall university experience, etc.
The data obtained through the questionnaires filled-in by 2017 and 2018 graduates will be merged with the administrative data provided by Universities as to obtain the dataset for analysis to be systematized in two comprehensive annual reports on graduates’ profile, including possible quality assurance measures to be applied as to enhance universities’ internal efficiency.
The researchers group will define the set of indicators for the employment condition questionnaire. The structure of the questionnaire will provide information on the external efficiency of Universities, assessing graduates’ professional experiences, university-to-work transition dynamics, professional mobility, employment conditions and perspectives.
The data obtained through the questionnaire filled-in by 2015 graduates will be merged with the administrative data provided by universities as to obtain the dataset for analysis to be systematized in a comprehensive report on graduates’ employment condition at 3 years from graduation.
