The WP2 is aiming at facilitating project ownership by Universities of Monastir, Jendouba, Gabes and Gafsa, capitalizing their participation on the previous TEMPUS ISLAH project, upon which TUNED is based, and the skills acquired. The development activities include the training of the IT staff of the newcomers by their homologues from Universities of Monastir, Jendouba, Gabes and Gafsa, in collaboration with AlmaLaurea IT staff, on the basic technical requirements for the integration of the web platform as common job market place.

Taking into consideration the assessment of the existing web platform run under WP1 and following the delivering of the IT training, the newcomers will be integrated into the upgraded version of the web platform.

The web platform’s functionalities will include also open access to the universities’ degrees offer, as orientation tool for students and families.

A second training module will be delivered by the staff from Universities of Monastir, Jendouba, Gabes and Gafsa, in collaboration with AlmaLaurea staff, to the new comers’ students offices as to define the most viable strategies for the raising population of the graduates database and the proper management of graduates’ datasets (data cleaning and control, students data matching with administrative data provided by universities, certification of administrative data).

Once the new comers integrated into the web platform, the database population by students and firms is foreseen throughout project life.

The data collected through the questionnaires filled-in by students close to graduation will be exploited under WP3 activities for the draft of the graduates’ profile reports.
